Getting Started. These classes are for beginning students and for students who have taken a long break from yoga. With basic movement, breath and meditation, the focus of these classes will be on developing concentration, flexibility, strength, inner stability and balance. By the end of this series of classes you will have received a good introduction and foundation to continue your yoga study. No yoga experience necessary.
